*Free Delivery is for some TS Postcodes (surrounding Redcar) and delivery will take place only on a monday 

for example - you order on a Tuesday and choose Free Local delivery, then your order will be on the next following monday and delivery can take place between 10am and 17:00pm.

Once we hand the parcel to our chosen couriers , we expect them to carry out the task of delivering in a timely manner, in such instance they do not, we will do our very best to solve the problem at hand for you.
